Objectives

  • Identify and define the community of AYA cancer patients.
  • Understand the unique attributes and needs of AYA cancer patients.
  • Describe the efforts being put forth by the pediatric and adult oncology programs at ALGH/Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge to address these needs.
  • Consider future opportunities to create resources and a sense of community for AYA cancer patients.
