Literature supports journal clubs to engage nurses in learning about evidence-based practices and integrating the best practices into their clinical setting. The implementation of evidence-based practices will lead to improved patient outcomes. Learners will have to complete a post-test with 80% passing grade. The journal club will have offerings every two months.
