  • Identify the causative organisms for several HIV/AIDS-related opportunistic infections (OIs)
  • Interpret lab and clinical findings for a patient when an OI is on the differential
  • Design an evidence-based treatment regimen for a patient diagnosed with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia
  • Evaluate treatment options for a patient diagnosed with cryptococcal meningitis
