Savanna is the Trauma and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Coordinator for Loyola Medicine MacNeal Hospital, where she developed the regional SANE program. She is board certified in both emergency nursing and sexual assault nursing and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner at Loyola University Chicago.
