Overview: This interactive book club explores the NPD Scope and Standards of Practice and how it guides the professional identity, responsibilities, and competencies of Nursing Professional Development practitioners. Participants will engage in guided discussion, apply concepts to real scenarios, and deepen their understanding of how NPD practice supports outcomes, professional practice, and organizational strategy.
