2. Present DNP QI project approach and results: Accuracy of Intake and Output and its Impact on Patients with Heart Failure.

3. Introduce Zoe Kronenberg, BSN, RN, PCCN, and her role as the heart failure nurse navigator at IMMC. 

4. Discuss the heart failure clinic at IMMC.

5. Discuss ways in which documentation on intake and output charting could further better care for patients with heart failure.
