Objectives
1. Describe how Simulation Education, Spiritual Care, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professionals each contribute to supporting and "lifting up" teammates during and after high-stress events.
2. Identify at least two ways simulation and structured debriefing practices (facilitated by Simulation Education) promote psychological safety and peer support following clinical or training events.
3. Learn at least two ways Spiritual Care supports emotional and moral resilience in staff, including during crisis situations such as codes or difficult patient outcomes.
4. Identify at least two services provided by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and describe when it is appropriate to refer themselves or colleagues for additional support.
5. Recognize at least one opportunity to engage each discipline (Simulation, Spiritual Care, EAP) to support colleagues and foster a culture that "Lifts Everyone Up".
