This session explores how a culture of coaching and accountability can transform leadership practice and bring Advocate Health’s Purpose and Commitments into daily action. Through discussion and interactive examples, participants will learn how coaching conversations, feedback, and accountability systems strengthen trust, improve team performance, and ensure that commitments are consistently lived out.
