Overview
Nurses are crucial human resources necessary for health care delivery. It is important to find ways to fully utilize nurses' professional capacities. The presenters will share findings from their recent scoping review. Clinical nurses from across the enterprise will illustrate how they exhibit the key aspects of top-of-license practice and contribute value to the organization.

- Describe features of TOL practice based on history, definitions, and use in care delivery
