Objectives:

At the end of this session, the learner will be able to: 

  1. Discuss available treatment options for ADHD
  2. Describe how to choose initial treatment for each patient
  3. Discuss dosing of stimulant and nonstimulant medications
  4. Describe common side effects, monitoring required and follow up recommended
  5. Discuss treatment of ADHD in the setting of co-existing Anxiety Disorder or Autism
